It was good. It ran a little over 2 hours and it went by really quick. I definitely think it was better for us than the all day hospital class would have been. Brian didn't even complain, which is totally not like him when it comes to things like this. We learned some techniques for working through the pain, which were good for Bri to see and practice. It's pretty tough to practice things when you're not actually having a contraction though! We have a couples prenatal yoga class this coming Sunday which will probably go over more of what we were doing last night so I think it will be a good follow up. Now I just need Bri to finish up his Expectant Father book so he's familiar with the different stages of labor, what to expect and how to react, expecially since I'm planning to spend as much as possible of my labor at home. I plan to also get my birth plan done this week so once we go over that, I think we'll be set!
