DD won't drink prune juice

It worked soooo mcuh better than prunes (solids), and now she is refusing prune juice.

Any suggestions?  Does brown sugar in water work as well?

Are you asking because of constipation issues? You could also try apple juice or Karo syrup.

I've heard that a bit of Karo syrup will work. Maybe you could mix a tiny bit into some baby food?

I'm interested to see other options, as well.  Tooter is constipated and I can't get him to eat prunes or drink the juice.

I really can't blame him, the stuff doesn't taste very good.  LOL

apple juice! Gerber makes apple prune juice also which isn't as strong as the pure prune juice!

We're in constipation hel! right now. As pp have said, Kari syrup works pretty well-I used a medicine dropper so he pretty much has to swallow it. Also my pedi recommended pear juice-that definitely tastes better than prune juice! I haven't had a lot of success getting my LO to take it, but that's really only because he hates bottles of anything. GL! Sorry, lurking from 3-6
