Whats a good one??? Thats really easy to work!! Im not very good at had to handle computer programs!! LOL! But I love the pics where there black and white and 1 thing is in color!! Anyway....any ideas!! Thanks Ladies!

    For free editing programs you can use picnik.  You can also download a free trial for photoshop and use that. There's also paintshop but that's mainly more for graphics. But still you can use it to edit pics.

    photoshop.com has a free section, you sign up and it is limited a little but its free and you can still do stuff.

    theres also pixlr.com that will show you how to layer and then desaturate and then use the eraser tool to erase the areas you want to bring the color out in.

    and then like pp said there's picnik.com
