I had Leah picked out for our girl, but my cousin's wife beat me to the punch 3 months earlier and named their baby girl Lia. I like both spellings, but I like Leah just a little bit more!

Leah is definitely the most common. This is my name and I have to tell you that 98% of the time people mispronounce it as Lee. I have no idea why. It is pronounced exactly how it's spelled (Lee-uh)! This happened with pretty much all of my teachers in my entire life, it happens at the doctor's office, at job interviews, everywhere! It's a nice name, but I just thought I'd give you a warning that she's in for a lifetime of correcting the pronunciation, no matter how you spell it.
