  It's a jungle cake and I went with another baker in town infact I eat the delicious cake ever. this cost 73 dollars.

Go to www.tinypic.com

attach the pic, select the size "website/email", click upload, and grab the "image code for websites and email" (the second option).  Then all you have to do is paste it in a post and it'll show up.

it's pretty awesome, but i'm not sure i would have paid $73. how big is it?

My opinion is two-fold:

First, the cake is mega cute.  However, I'm sure that if you check your local grocery store they can create something similar and for much less.  Are the animal pieces edible? If not then I would not pay that much for this particular cake.

Secondly, unless the money you are spending on a b-day cake is going to prevent you from paying a bill or putting food on the table then don't feel guilty about it.

It won't affect the payment of bills. Thanks for your concern though. I love cake and I believe it's what  birthday party is all about. I wouldn't go for it if we cannot afford it.

That's pretty much all I'm spending money on I'm a good cook and I'm going to save money on food , because I've bought all that will be cooked at farmers market for less. SO, I will be doing the cooking which all family and friends have been asking for since we bought our house.

So I think this is a great opportunity to cook for all again,since we don't believe in house warming's party.
