When do you think you will get the LO in the crib? How are you going to go about doing it? Do you think there is a point where its too late?

We don't own a crib so obviously we don't plan on transitioning him to one. He'll go straight into a big boy bed when he's ready.

We're not co sleeping, although we may be soon when I have to return to work.  The book "The No Cry Sleep Solution" goes over gently transitioning baby to their own crib/bed in detail.  Good luck!

We're trying to get her in her crib right now.  She can last til about 2:30-3am in her crib now which is a huge improvement.
