Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker recipes??

I want to make something with this tonight. I have chicken breasts. Anyone have a good recipe?

  • I used to sell it so I could get you some recipes (but can't get it to you before dinner tonight) but if you google it you should be able to get to a non Pampered Chef site that lists a million recipes - or, look at the PC website.  It's an awesome product, you can even cook a whole chicken in it!!

  • This is one of my favorite chicken recipes for the DCB!:

    CREAMY ONE POT PASTA
    3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts                  

    5-6 cloves fresh garlic
    3 whole carrots                                                 
     1 small onion
    1 container of grape tomatoes                             
    1 head of broccoli cut into florets
    1 box of mini penne pasta                                    
    2 cans chicken broth (normal soup size)
    1-2 tblsp of seasoning of your choice (I prefer Greek)
    1 block of cream cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste
     
    Brush baker with oil.  Add onion (chopped), container of grape tomatoes, carrots cut on bias, garlic cloves peeled and sliced.  Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.  Bring baker out, burst tomatoes that haven't already burst with the MIX N CHOP.  Next add chicken breasts that have been cooked and shredded.  Add box of mini penne pasta, seasoning and broccoli florets.  Top with chicken broth.  Cover and Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes.
     
    Bring Baker out, uncover and add block of cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste!  ENJOY
