I had planned to cook a bunch of frozen meals, but here I am with none. I'm going to sign up at Costco today and stock up on some easy heat-up meals. Anyone have any favorites that are decently healthy?
They have some really good chicken burger pattys. I don't remember if they are in the frozen section or with the other meats and the butcher shop near the produce in the back of the store (I'm hoping all Costco's have a simular store layout).
It's kind of hard to stay healthy when eating premade foods. Do you have a grill? I would stock up on precut burgers and chicken breasts and just grill those. Also, you can buy buns and freeze them.

They also have salmon burgers. We just tried them and they are all fish, no fillers. Lots of protein, like 130 calories and not a lot of fat. I can't remember. We serve on a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato. Perfect with a salad.
I eat a lot of laughing cow cheese on celery or on carrot sticks. They sell 3 wheels of the cheese in one container (in the cheese area, near produce).
I also bought 4 pounds of cut watermelon and ate it in a week. But it's been over 90 degrees everyday and that's all I felt like eating!!
The Kirkland Signature turkey burgers are really good and healthy too! They only take 5-7 minutes to cook from frozen on the grill. Pretty easy and good too!
You can also get one of their big bags of veggies to keep on hand for stir fry or for any quick casserole dishes. They also have a good lasagna. I think they have a veggie one, too.
Re: Anyone have healthy Costco food recs.?
Hummus, they have the good brand, Sabre.
Raviolis (they have some that aren't all cheese)
Shrimp, frozen - defrost what you need under running water, toss with olive oil and S&P, broil in over for 5-10 minutes and toss in salad, pasta, etc.
