My DD is 10 1/2 months old and is still not clapping. I am not sure what the normal time frame for learning to clap is but my DS (who is now almost 3) was clapping at 8 months. Is anyone else's LO not clapping?
My DD does not clap either. I'm not too worried about it - she seems to do everything else ok (waves bye bye, picks up puffs easily, cruises on furniture, etc.).
I think it's normal for them not to be. B isn't clapping, waving... He just knows kisses. I think it's all about what you work on the most with them.
I wish my LO knew kisses! I've been working on this with her, but she doesn't seem to have any interest. I can't wait to get my first slobbery kiss from her!
No clapping, waving, using the sippy cup on his own, eating finger foods other then banana and puffs. I'm getting worried for his 1yr appt next Monday! Eek!
