Mini tummy tuck during c-section?

My MIL keeps telling me to be sure to ask my OBGYN about him giving me a mini tummy tuck during this second c-section. My SIL's OB gave her one during her's. I'm wondering if this is a common thing nowadays and if it costs extra. I suppose I wouldn't think so, seeing as i'm already going to be on the table...what do you think? Any experiences? Someone on yahooanswers (aka worst forum EVER) was trying to tell me that my SIL and MIL were lying to me. Hahaha. Anyway, Let me explain the procedure, it that helps:

What was done for my SIL was that during her second cesarean, her OBGYN told her that he was going to give her a mini tummy tuck by removing the old (and incredibly ugly) scar and tissue AND THEN repair the incision. It turned out really nice and flat and the scar looks much better than her last one.

I would ask the doctor about it. The worst that can happen is the doc looks at you like you have two heads and doesn't do it. Best case, mini-tuck )!!!

My friend had a hysterectomy years after her C section and the doctor cleaned up her old scar and "pulled things tight". She always had a little pooch, but not much and was not heavy. She didn't expect it but was really happy with it.
