I really really dislike Giuliana. If it were Juliana we'd have a winner, but I think the G spelling is hideously ugly.

I prefer Laila Rose, but I don't like that spelling. I've never seen it before. I've known a Laylan and a Laela (my prefered way) and I've seen Leila.
Giuliana I don't like, unless you're Italian then it might work. Even then I prefer Juliana instead.
