Does anyone know of any prental yoga classes on the west-side?

    While I don't remember which one, 4 or 5 of the women in the Lakewood Hospital breast feeding support group had done pre-natal yoga at one of the Lakewood studios and they all loved it.  There can't be that many yoga studios in Lakewood, right?  And I know at the time, I recognized the name.  GL

    Puma Yoga in Lakewood has a few prenatal classes.
