Zoloft

in Postpartum Depression

Im currently weaning off Paxil with the hopes of trying to TTC this summer, its going OK so far. My fear is once I'm completely off of it. My OB and Psych RN said I could go to Zoloft if necessary. I just worry about withdrawal symptoms in my newborn, anyone have any experiences?

    Its very safe for pg and nursing moms and prescribed for both frequently

    yes, my doctors told me this but im still worried about withdrawal symptoms for baby at birth.

    i am on it and at a low dose 50 mg. i plan on staying on it during pregnancy and BF. i am going to talk in more detail with the dr on monday and i will pass the info along
