What would I take for motion sickness?

I used to have motion sickness like crazy when I was little. I haven't noticed much motion sickness in the last few years but I want to take some before the plane ride just in case.  So, does anyone know what pills I should take for motion sickness?

I heard of dramamine (sp?) for motion sickness but idk if it's OTC or Rx.

i like bonine...it doesn't make me as sleepy as dramamine

Dramamine works well, but be sure to get the nondrowsy kind. Otherwise you will be one sleepy woman!

I didn't read the other replies so someone may have mentioned them, but Sea Bands (the ugly little wrist bands with pressure pegs) work really well for me. I get horrible air sickness and the bands work wonders. I often take Dramamine too (non-drowsy) just in case. I also don't eat or drink for two hours prior to flying. I'm the type that without something, even a drop of water will send me into heaves during landing, so if it works for me, I recommend it.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this at Target by the "upset stomach" stuff.

I take non-drowsy Dramamine.  The regular makes me a little sleepy.  They both are OTC. 

As PP mentioned, Sea Bands work great.  I don't need them in the car, but I always wear them for a flight or on a boat ride.  I haven't gotten sick from motion sickness since I got my Sea Bands, and I have it pretty bad.  ::knocks on wood::
