AFLP anyone?

I was diagnosed with Acute Fattly Liver of Pregnancy at 35 wks during my last pregnancy.  I know this is rare and many mamas don't ever get pregnant again because of the scare they went through.  I have a consult scheduled with MFM for this pregnancy, but in the mean time am curious about the care/plan you received on any subsequent pregnancies.

    I am curious about this as well. I lost my first son to AFLP in July at 38 weeks. We have met with so many MFM specialists and have received many different answers. It seems that most doctors have not seen a case in the first place, let alone a woman who is pregnant after surviving AFLP.

    So frustrating!
