Has anyone used gDiapers? I saw them at Babies R Us the other day and started think about it again. I had wanted to go the cloth diaper route before DS was born, but he came 2 weeks early and I didn't have the time on maternity leave that I thought I would to get it set up. I'm thinking about starting him on them now, since he doesn't seem to care what he's wearing.
Re: gDiapers
we excludively use gdiapers and LOVE them (have since day 1 and my son is 20 months)...they are a mix between cloth and disposables yet they contain no plastics and are flushable or biodegradable! PLUS they are a local portland company!!! lots of people who use them use a cloth insert in them at home and then when they go out and about use a flushable insert--there are gdiapers cloth inserts or you can use a variety of other ones-i use ones from punkin-butt (which is also local) https://secure.creocommunico.com/~punkinb/pocket-patch-hemp-inserts-medium-p-2364.html?osCsid=149b61bb7aa15674bda3ca766fc5782b
if you want to try them out, i have coupons so if you send me an email (janetmphillips@gmail.com) with your address on it i will send some coupons to you
if you have any other questions please ask! i cannot say enough good things about the diapers and the company in general!!!

Hey, I was interested in gdiapers myself also. And since you are seasoned I would like to ask a few questions. What does the price come to after buying the covers, inserts, and cloth inserts? Does this differ greatly from other diapering methods in price? What size should I get starting out assuming I have a normal sized baby boy? How many of each item should I buy? How do you clean the cloth inserts you have the link too? What is the absorbency like with this method(g,and cloth insert)? Wow, I know alot of questions:) Hope you don't mind:)
Just one more, best place to buy? Thank You, Thank You, Thank You:):):):)
