You have to leave all your info on the nurses vm, but when they call you back you have to go over all of it over again. I called for a simple day 21 bloodwork, and I had to go through 10 min of questions about why. If they looked in my file they would see why, and I left why in the vm message.......argh! Sorry for the vent, I'm crabby and they stress me out!

    Agreed.

    Although my new office isn't like that at all.  I think all I have to say is "this is April".....but been there, done that with other offices
