in case you didn't hear since it happened with a lot less fanfare than the Tylenol/Motrin recalls, Pediacare recalled some of their stuff last week too -- also made in McNeil Labs.

 Anyway, they don't have an Internet form to fill out, but you can call them at (888) 474-3099 to get them to send you a coupon for your meds.  I just did it and it took a couple minutes was all.
