DC1 takes 1 1/2 -2 EXTRA hours to go to bed

and the baby is not even here yet! I'm due in 2 weeks and I can't imagine doing this when the baby is here. She use to go to bed 7:30pm no problem but nowadays she stalls and cries and it is so frustrating! Sometimes she isn't asleep until 10pm! I know she has been through a lot of change lately (new big kid bed, potty training...etc) but I don't know what to do... Anyone go through this BEFORE DC2 was born?

The same exact thing has been happening with my son! I'm glad it's not just mine. It is so frustrating.
