Had my Baby Girl!

Isabella Rose was born on May 28th via scheduled C-section.  I was going to attempt a VBAC but was not allowed to go beyond my due date, the repeat section went very smoothly and recovery has been great.  We were team green and were very excited to welcome another girl into our family..So far DD # 1 has been transitioning okay.  DH is off this week and then DD # 1 will go to daycare for two weeks and then I am on my own for the summer.  I am a little nervous about that but know it will be fine. I frequented this board alot during my pregnancy and know you ladies have lots of valuable advice and information!

Congrats! I was inthe same boat as you, vbac hopeful who couldn't go past the due date.  I ended up with a scheduled c as well and the recovery this time has been so easy!  So glad everything is going smoothly for you as well.  I'm on my own with both kids and to be honest it's not bad at all.  #2 sleeps pretty much all the time still so that helps. I'm sure it will be a different story when she is up more:)
