I saw a peri at 16wks and he didn't say i needed to come back. I go to an OB with high tech machines so i'm not sure if I really need to go back unless there is a problem.
Beginning at 28 weeks I start seeing my OB every 2 weeks. The weird part is the way my OB's vacation and u/s's were at the beginning I've actually had an appt every 2 weeks from the start, but I see the OB, and then 2 weeks later is my U/S, then 2 wks later my OB again. So I feel like I've been on a 2 week schedule the whole time.
I started going to the MFM (I'm not seeing an OB) every two weeks starting at 16 weeks for cervical length checks and growth scans every 4 weeks. After my growth scan next week, I'll start going weekly.
TTC Since 2007
M/C survivor twice in 2008
IVF twice at CCRM in 2009
TWIN BOYS born in July 2010
IVF again in 2011
BABY GIRL due August 2012
I'm only seeing my OB and he said we would assess the need to come in more frequently with each visit or if complications arise in between visits. Right now I'm only seeing him 1x/month. Next appointment is next week at 20 weeks.

I've been there every 2 weeks since the beginning (had a 4-week confirmation/consultation, a 6-week dating u/s, and an 8-week u/s. I'm going back in for a 10-week u/s, too). Part of the reason for that is that we aren't as far a long as we initially thought (we thought we'd be 8 weeks at my dating u/s and ended up only being 6). They want me back for a 10-week u/s because they found an empty 3rd sac at my last appointment and they want to see what's going on with it.
My OB office does take multiples very seriously though - I've been taken out of the midwife rotation and have to see OBs from now on, and I'll be going every 2-3 weeks from now till the end.
