nanny share help????

Hello

I am due in October and will need part time child care in January. I know it is early to look but I am starting a new job and would love to have things organized and be able to give my new employer some realistic time frames...

Anyway, does anyone have any good advice on how to go about researching nanny shares. I live in Owings Mills, I would be fine with the childcare being at my house or someone elses. I just haven't found much on the internet

    I live in Owings Mills too! I do not know anyone who does nanny shares or offers the service. We are using our MIL to watch our baby. If I hear anything, I will let you know.

    There was an ad when I was looking for a DCP on Craigslist for a family that was looking for a nanny share - it appears to be gone now though.  Maybe try posting an ad with what you are looking for?  We'd love something like that, but it was a bit out of our budget.  

    FWIW, my in home daycare is in OM and we really like her!  I can PM you her info if you are interested.

    I would look on Craigslist and start scouring Mom/Parenting websites.  You might also post on the Working Moms board - they may have some recs for you too.
