reusable/washable nursing pads

I've been using disposable ones and they work but I go through them so fast (4 per day).  I tired of buying boxes every 2 weeks.

I got a set or washable but they dont absorb, I just leaked out the bottom of my bra.

anyone have a brand for reusable ones that work great?

I used Milk Diapers Nursing pads - i bought from A Women's Work.  I liked them.  Just a warning - if you are using Lanolin, the yellow will stain them.  I didn't really care (would rather that than stain my bra), but just warning you so you won't be surprised.

I was very happy with the gerber ones from target, and i was a gusher. I still use them on occasion because I now have permanently pokey nipples.

Another Gerber user here.  I really liked them and had 6 pair so I didn't have to wash as often.  I never had a problem!  I also hated the disposable ones and only used them for two weeks or so.
