Wishing everyone a swift and short week!!!!

YAY for summer being here even if that means hurricane season is here, too. I am working hard on tanning my white legs as much as I can. LOL. I have a nice base tan after this weekend....although my kid's ability to tan totally puts me to shame. Its not even fair that she gets a tan when I slather and re-slather Baby 50SPF on her. Makes me wonder if her sister is going to be pale like me or bronze like Sophie. For the sake of their teenage relationship, I hope she is bronze like Sophie. Haha.

How is everyone doing today???

    Hey!  Overall, weekend was great.  Spent a lot of time with friends and family.  However, not feeling well yesterday and today (see post above).  Hope it goes away quickly!  And that Tuesday flies by.

    LOL, I've been working on a tan, too.  I'm afraid of getting too much sun b/c of the "mask of pregnancy."  But, I'm trying to at least get some color on my arms and legs.  Although MIL HATES it when DH and I get any sun (she's a derm) so it has to be very gradual, lol.  DH has been getting a nice farmer's tan with all the yard work he's been doing, lol.

    I hope this week flies by, too!  I took my teacher appreciation coupon for an early dismissal for this Friday.  Woohoo for a 3.5 day work week!  Saturday, is our end of the year party and we have about 4 other events scheduled for the same day.   Even though I'm looking forward to them, I can't wait for Sunday to have another lazy day in the pool.  A pool wasn't a priority when house hunting, but it's become a really nice bonus!

    I hope everyone has a great week! Our anatomy scan is tomorrow. I cannot hardly contain myself. I am so anxious and excited it's hard to concentrate on anything else.

    I had a great weekend.  I love 3 day weekends.  We spent tons of time in the pool, strawberry and tomato picking, and a GNO for me to see SATC2.  Oh and my little man is going to be SOOO dark, he is brown to begin with and just keeps getting browner..

    YAY! I am SO ready to get through this summer =] We ALL got tanned this weekend, in my little family.  Though my skin is extra sensitive during this pregnancy, because i NEVER burn per say, and my face has felt like it was on fire for two days!  Charlotte is really tan as well, even though we slather the 50SPF on her as well, but with both DH and me, she had no chance ;o)  I hope the new baby has her sisters tan also. However, it would be cute to see a little Mel to fit your little Abel ;o)
