I don't trust my DH

I don't trust my DH to buy DD's B-day gift.  DH has been assigned the task because he will be working during her (very low key) party, so I thought, this will make him feel like part of it, and he can give it to DD.  Super!  I am terrified about what he will get her.  She likes dolls.  She loves dress up.  She loves Princesses.  He loves balls and bicycles and beer. 

What have I done?

DH went to Chicago a couple of weeks ago and came home with an American Girl doll for DD. I was floored!

Tell him to buy anything on the pink and glittery aisles at Target.  It's sure to be a hit.  At least, DD#1 wanted almost everything on those two-three aisles.  Seriously, we took her for ideas and she wanted it all...
