Calling all Chefs...

If something requires bread crumbs can you substitue with oven fry or shake n bake? I really don't feel like running to the store this late and in the rain, TIA?

    I think the Shake and Bake would be too much of a coating.  If that makes sense...

    Do you have any crackers or pretzels?  I don't know what you're making but crushing either of those might work...?

    I wanna make mozzarella sticks again with a recipe that cora gave me (pregnancy craving) but I'm outta breadcrumbs and I'm supposed to coat them in that before frying..
