how much would you pay for a 2008 city mini double?

someone is selling it on craigslist and is asking $275.  it looks brand new from the photos.  Would you offer less? Think it's a good deal?

    If it really is brand new, I think that's a good deal. I shopped around for several months for mine and wasn't able to find one that cheap.
