I haven't had this problem yet, but I've been drinking a big 'ol glass of apple juice every day to help keep things moving. Have you tried apple juice, or maybe prunes?
TTC since January 2010
BFP 5/9/10. U/S - no heartbeat 6/2/10 (7 weeks). Induced miscarriage 6/7/10.
Chemical pregnancies 12/2/10, 1/3/11, and 2/7/11.
dx: RPL due to poor quality uterine lining; begin progesterone January 2011
BFP 3/10/11. EDD 11/19/11. E arrived 11/15/11!
When I first found out I was pregnant I was going every single day. After about a week, that slowed down and now it's maybe every 5 days or so. If you like cole slaw, that worked for me the day after each time I ate it.
It's probably every few days for me - it's sad how excited I get when I go. I think I'd rather be regular - maybe it wold help with my 5 month pregnant belly at 8 weeks!
I have actually maintained my pre-preg regularity. Don't know if its just that I am not reacting to the hormone this way or if its because I have been taking probiotics.
I give up trying to get a ticker. I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome. Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself. Hmmm. How about...

Re: who else hasn't pooped in a week?
endometrin. Yup, bloating, stomach distention and constipation are all part of the s/e's but my nurse said early pregnancy can cause constipation too.
I am hoping my p4 is high enough this week to drop the supps.
