Hip pain after c-section?

I had a c-section a little over three weeks ago.  During my pregnancy I had SPD.  Currently I'm experiencing hip pain, located in the front of my right hip, every time I move it hurts.  It also feels weak.  I do have a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts and this pain feels similar, (stretching/pulling.)  Has anyone else had anything like this?  It's nothing super urgent and I'm thinking of calling my dr this week if it gets worse, right now I'm waiting to see what happens, it's just uncomfortable.
