face-soap?lotion?

Do you use soap or lotion on you baby's face? I have just been using washcloth and warm water. My DD has developed acne and I'm not sure if I should start using soap. I know its not like adult acne, but would it help. Also, do yo uuse lotion on your baby's face/head? Thanks

We were told to definitely only use water.  Baby acne will go away on its own, don't worry!

ditto ... we aren't using anything for now.
