red bumps??

So my little guy has these little red bumps that come and go. Kinda look like little pimples. At the hospital the doc said it was normal.He is 9 days old now. Any other ladies ever deal with this or know from experiance???

My LO has these too. They come and go just like you said. My ped said the baby acne will clear on its own...or I can use J&J Baby Shampoo to wash her nipple line up and whatever else nipple line down. Just started this 3 days ago so I dunno if its working yet?

Does your LO get them all over or just on the face??? My liitle guy seems to get them poping up here and there. I was so freaked out by it. I really hope it clears up for him. I hope you see som
