Storing clothes..

LO has outgrown her newborn clothes and I am trying to figure out the best storage method.   We have a small house, with an attic full of insulation, but could probably put some up there, they'd just have to be sealed in a way that prevented insulation from getting in.  What's everyone else doing with their LO's clothing?

I've been putting them in rubbermaid totes sorted by size. That way they are ready for the next one or to pass on to someone else.
