I sound so horrible and elitist for saying so but I wish there was some way for the government to prevent people from having babies if they have caused harm to children in the past.

It goes against my core belief, that people should be able to make decisions about their own health and bodies, but in this case I call for sterilization.  This is equal opportunity for men and women.
