When your baby throws up on your head while at a wedding and you just laugh. (I had her up on my shoulders - I deserved it)

You can't go anywhere without it being a big production.

Your "alone time" is when your newborn is asleep on your chest.

When you go away for a weekend with an amount of stuff that would have lasted you a month before kids. 3/4 of the packing is for your kid(s) and you will still forget something.

When the baby sleeps an extra hour between feedings and you wake up wondering why they are still asleep and check to make sure they are still breathing.

When even babies who sound nothing like yours cry, you wonder what's wrong and turn to help them thinking they are your kids.
