Spit up rash?

My LO seems to have a little rash under his chin/neck area. Does anyone know what this is? Or what you can use on it? I'm thinking it is from him spitting up and moisture under his double chin. We make an effort to wipe and clean it after he spits up, but anyone else have suggestions?

    LO doesn't get a rash from spit up, but he does deal with a little heat rash in that area.

    He does get the ring around the neck spit up though (where the spit up gets into his folds). I wipe his neck folds every morning with a wet warm cloth, pat dry and then use baby powder to keep the moisture away. I also use baby powder on his heat rash as well. It seems to help a lot.

    That is probably what it is, heat rash. Thanks! I will try the baby powder and see if that helps!
