What's a good price for a Choo Choo Wagon?

That has some sun fading.  It's on CL, no pics, asking $200, no idea if this is a good price or not.

I bought mine for $150. Before I bought it, I searched for the going rate and found them being sold on CL and ebay for $300-$400. Sounds like a reasonable price if its in good condition.

Thats sort of high for fading.  I bought mine for $350.  It was in Excellent condition with no fading.  It has sat on my porch for a year.  We only used it about 5 times.  L was almost too big and the girls would rather walk.    

I really need to get mine cleaned up (no fading, just dirty) and list it on CL again and on Ebay.  Not sure what I will sell mine for.  I would like to get $300 for it since it is still in excellent condition because we barely used it.
