PIP: Rainbow pancakes

I saw these on a blog (no idea which one) a while back and thought DD would love them. She did! I made a double batch of pancakes so that I can freeze the leftovers for another day (when I don't feel like dirtying every single bowl and spoon in my kitchen!). Try to ignore my cluttered countertop ... don't know why I didn't take all that stuff off before taking the pic!

LOL, I've had those bookmarked for awhile now to make too. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Nice job, I bet your DD loved them!

DH's stepmom that lives at the beach always makes these for the kids when we visit. She lets each kid pick what color pancakes they want, and makes them each their own batch of their requested color.
So fun!
and yes, she spoils them. lol.
