My milk returned!

I stopped BF 4 weeks ago, after a good 2 weeks my milk gone. Well, I woke up this morning with a huge wet spot on my shirt and a tingly left breast. My milk had returned. How random??? How to I get it to go away for good??? Thanks!

    at The Vitamin Shoppe they sell this tea called No More Milk that is supposed to help you dry up.
