Inclining crib mattress

Can someone tell me how they do this? I tried with DD1 (though I really don't remember how) and she just kept slipping down the incline. DD2 is struggling with reflux and I want to incline her mattress.

Makes sense. Thanks! With DD1 I was inclining the actual mattress, which is probably why she was slipping.

Maybe tuck a towel under one side of the mattress? Or towels under one side of the bottom ofthe crib? You could also try a sleep positioner, they are on an incline, although not much. If you do too much of an incline they will slide down, defeating the purpose. GL!
