NBR: Need Windows 7 help

I am seriously about to throw my laptop out the window!!!

It won't let me log in to my bank account webpage - says I have cookies disabled, but I don't!!!  I also can't get into my Target.com account to shop bec of the same issue!!  Is this a Windows 7 flaw?  I am SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!  Help!

    Hmmm, what kind of Internet are you using? IE7? Or are you using Moxzilla? I use Moxzilla rather than Internet Explorer 7 and sometimes I have problems going into sites.
