Why is Angelica waking up at 5am?

She was doing so well for a couple of months already sleeping thru the night, all of a sudden, she starts waking up at 5am everyday.  It throws my sleep out of whack because I have to get up at 6am.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Have you changed the time she goes to bed?  I think adjustments earlier or later may throw her off. 

Otherwise, hopefully it's just a passing phase and she'll go back to her usual wake time.

Nope, she goes to bed at the same time each night 8pm.  I hope it is a passing phase, I'm tired!
