Recovery issue- small irritated piece of skin...

that is near where I got my stitches-kind of hanging out of my vagina, it is very small, red, raw, and bleeds bright red blood when wiped (otherwise not bleeding onto pad).  Is this part of where I got my stitches? (it is near where the dr said she stitched)  Is this irritation from using hemmorhoid cream for months in a row?  Is this some weird irritation from breastfeeding?  Should I call my dr now or wait 2 more weeks for my pp check up?

 

I saw someone post this a while back-like they had a small flap of skin hanging out-what was learned about that?  ps I'm 4 weeks pp.

I'd call your doctor now just to see what he/she has to say. I don't know if this is the same thing, but I had a small area of skin down there that was super painful whenever anything rubbed against it (whenever I moved basically). My doctor had me dab hydrocortisone ointment (not cream) on the spot as often as I needed to in order to stop the painful friction. The spot healed up in a few days after I did that.
