Is my LO eating enough?

So my LO eats a 4 oz bottle at around 8pm then she crashes in our room until we swaddle her and put her to bed at 10-11pm. I do this so she can get another bottle in before bedtime so she will sleep without waking to feed. Sometimes LO eats a bottle but sometimes she had no interest and we swaddle her and put her to bed. Depending on the night she will sleep 3 hours then wake for a feed but sometimes she sleeps until 5am which means she would not have eaten since 8pm the previous night sleeping  9 hours. Is this normal? I worry LO isn't getting enough to eat when this happens. Anyone elses LO do this? TIA!

Our pedi told us that as long as LO is continuing to gain weight at a normal rate, we can go ahead and just feed him when he's hungry.  How old is your LO?

She is 11 weeks old and we haven't had her weighed since her 2 month apt 3 weeks ago where she weighed 12 lbs. I would say she weighs 13-14 lbs now if I go by the clothes she wears. I may invest in a scale for home here just to check her between apts. She looks very healthy. She was 7 lbs 12 oz at birth. Thanks
