Runny nose?

My baby woke up this morning with a runny nose. She has been sneezing and I can hear that she is congested. What shoud I do? I have a suction thing that I have been using, and I just bought saline drops. Do I spray the stuff in her nose even though its already runny? Or is the saline for dried mucos? Any tips would be great! Thanks!

    Saline helps congestion. Spray, then suck before nursing.

    Our pedi said to use the saline and  use the thing to suck it out just if you see anything in her nose otherwise to let your LO sneeze it out or even eat it because the suction thing if you use too much can get the nose a little irritaded and swollen inside and that makes it worse...
