Sunblock vs Sunscreen

I know there was a post about this a few days/weeks ago, but I can't find it.  A bumpie who works in a dermatogoly office posted the differences between the two.  I'm trying to find that post again, so I know what kind of sunblock to look for.

Can someone help me out?
