Help on Background for Baby Announcement

Okay, my LO is 9 wks old and I still haven't done his announcements.  My plan is to do 5x7 cards on linen paper doing front and back.  On the front, I am going to do one pose and fill it with that picture including the information.  On the back, I want to do a design similar to the ones I see used with professional photographers and include pictures of my son and daughter together.  Any help?  I may be out of my league.  I have Photoshop Elements 8.0.
