Constipation

My LO is constipated. My doc's office is closed already. Do you know what I can give him to relieve his pain? He pushes but nothing comes out and is making him very unhappy and cranky.

Prune or Pear juice - But I would not give this unless the doc says it's okay.

Try rubbing his belly, bicycling his legs and a warm bath.  Good luck.
