Hey Ladies, i was wondering if you could share your 2 month old's schedule. Also are you ladies able to get your baby down to sleep drowsy but awake? I can't get my daughter to do this. When she was just born it wasn't a problem, but now she needs to be either fed or rocked to sleep and then during the day especially usually wakes up when we put her down. She has become a horrible napper. We had to rock and or feed our son to sleep until he was 9 months old. I do not want to hav to do that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Re: 2 month old's schedule
Below is my DS's approximate schedule, though it isn't exactly the same every day. Just 4 days ago we began putting him in his crib drowsy but not yet asleep. It usually takes him about 15-30 minutes to actually fall asleep. Me or DH have to go in there to lay our hands on his torso to calm him down a couple times. We also use the Fisher Price rainforest crib soother, which DS loves staring at as he falls asleep. Daytime naps are not yet predictable. Some days he sleeps for a few hours at a time and other days he seems to try hard to stay awake and only allows himself to take short cat naps throughout the day.
