Hi everyone ... happy friday! I posted this on the Eco board too, but wanted to try here as well ![]()
We use CD and a diaper service. In July we're going away for a week and I'm wondering what we should do about diapers. Our last resort is buying disposables when we get to our destination. Do they make a diaper that has disposable inserts that go inside a reusable cover? Or any other suggestions/recommendations? Thanks!
Re: Cloth Diaper users -- what to do on vacation?

We use disposibles on vacation.
You can get more "natural" (not bleached, no gel) disposibles. I've also heard of some that actually biodegrade (they're Swedish, the name escapes me.)
This! We have g-diapers and we like them. They have their quirks like any other diaper but they work. Good luck.

It depends.
We traveled by car and train for two days. At the end of the trip, we were somewhere with laundry. So, we used cloth the entire time. Sposies in the car worried me because they are more prone to blow outs and such.
But, in july, we are taking a 3 day trip (by plane) to somewhere without laundry. So, we will use flips with disposable inserts.
