Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser's workout video. It is only about 30 minutes, and you totally feel it after the first couple times (I've only done it a couple times, I rolled my ankle (not while working out) and haven't done the video in a while.
Love it! Like PP said I think its between 20-30 minutes, there are 3 levels to chose from and it is a combination of cardio, weights and abs. Its pretty intense if you're just starting out, but gets more manageable to more you do it.
I did it every other day for about 3 weeks before my wedding and lost a good amount of weight and just toned up a bit (not hugely noticeable, but my dress was a little loose and I definitely felt better). I started again right before TTC and lost about 7lbs in 2 weeks and could start to see some differences, but I quit when I found out I was pregnant.
I love it and I think it works wonders if its done enough!

So what equipment will I need? I already have 5lb weights, an elliptical, and a yoga mat LOL. Also, does she make you count calories? I mean, I'm already doing that...I'm just trying to get a jump start on the weight loss!
All you need are hand weights and a mat for the ab work and some of the strength moves....I think it's a great DVD, especially for new moms, bc all you need is 20 minutes and you can get a workout in. I'm still on Level 1 bc I haven't been doing it a ton, but after a few times, I feel a bit more in shape than when I started....and HOLY CRAP was I sore after the first workout...I am NOT good at push-ups, and the first strength move in Level 1 is push-ups.....ugh.
